Cheese Making: Saganaki, a Greek Appetizer!

Take some of your fresh Halloumi and cut it into ¼" slices. Beat an egg and dip your Halloumi slices into the egg. Melt some butter in your pan and when it's bubbling, put your cheese in.

Flip them when they begin to turn golden yellow.

Serve hot with a little lemon juice sprinkled over it.

If you enjoy cheese, this is outstanding!
